Nasser Al-Khelaifi has been named the new chairman of the European Clubs Association replacing Andrea Agnelli after the breakdown of the European Super League.
PSG were amongst other few heavyweight clubs including Bayern Munich to reject the proposal of The European League which was dissolved before it got started.
Al-Khelaifi who has been chief of PSG since 2011 had this to say about his appointment.

“I will provide unconditional commitment to the entire football committee: that is to all ECA member club from every European nations, and to the fans and communities they represent”
