The Convener / Director General of Waziri Frontiers Network ( WFN ) Engr. Daniel Ohiomoba has lauded His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar GCON Waziri of Adamawa , the former Vice President and front line presidential candidate of PDP for inaugurating a presidential nomination council , described it as a perfect and welcome development.
” I wish to congratulate His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for inaugurating the council and judging from the caliber of individuals he choose to be part of the council clearly indicate that he remain the only candidate of PDP who is well prepared for the presidential ticket, adding that the former vice president is a true Democrat”.
He further appreciate His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for choosing a super delegate and PDP chieftain in the person of Chief. Dan Iwuanyanwu to chair the council, which he further described as a perfect decision, adding that it is a symbol of victory in advance.
He used the opportunity to congratulate Chief Dan Iwuanyanwu and other members of the council, appealed to them to use their wealth of political experience in discharging their duties ahead of the PDP National Convention of slated for October 6, 2018.
Members of the council include Dr. Auwalu Anwar who will serve as the Council Secretary other prominent members of the PDP Board of Trustees, BOT , which include Professor A.B.C Nwosu, Senator Stella Omu, Chief Vincent Ogbulafor and Chief Tom Ikimi.
Others are former Imo State Governor, HE Achike Udenwa, Niger , Katsina and Kogi States counterparts, HE Babangida Aliyu , HE Ibrahim Shema and HE Idris Wada respectively; Colonel Bala Mande (rtd), Senator Ben Murray Bruce, Ambassador Nkoyo Toyo, Chief Raymond Dokpesi amongst others.
